Exercise Daily: Running, Crunches, Pushups
We want to make fitness like brushing your teeth - fast, simple, and daily. We suggest a simple plan of 3 activities: walking/running, crunches, and pushups, and you can add your own favorites if you'd like. Challenge yourself to 4 weeks of daily fitness to jumpstart that fitness habit. The only rule is that you do at least a little each and every day!
